Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Senior FP&A leader to partner with the Roofing & Stone Division and drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across manufacturing operations. The role requires building robust models, delivering insights, and supporting strategic initiatives with the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP/JDE and BI tools. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years FP&A experience in manufacturing with strong operational drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial consolidation for the division.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reports.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, and profitability initiatives.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and dashboards for leadership.
