Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes at corporate, segment, or large business-unit level.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and presentation of financial reports for senior management and Board.
Standardize processes, reporting, and KPI metrics across segments to ensure a coherent view.
Develop and maintain a KPI framework and executive dashboards linking operations to financial outcomes.
Synthesize financial, operational, and market data into clear insights and recommendations.
Support CFO/CEO in capital allocation decisions and strategic investments.
Build and lead a high-performing FP&A organization.
