Job summary

Advance Mfg. Co, Inc in Westfield, MA seeks a Director of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis.

You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to drive performance and strategic initiatives, ensuring robust financial governance across the organization. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, and a hands-on approach to building a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA and/or CPA/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as financial business partner to cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, business development).
Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning with senior leaders.
Provide detailed variance analysis on revenue, margins, and spending with actionable recommendations.
Deliver monthly financial reporting packages and operating reviews for senior management and Board.
Drive enhancements to financial systems, reporting tools, and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Build and lead a high-performing Finance team and mentor staff.
Evaluate financial impact of contracts, new business, and growth initiatives; develop ROI models.
