Responsibilities include building financial models, leading annual budgets, presenting analyses to the Board, mentoring FP&A staff, and advising on strategic initiatives and capital investments.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field; or Bachelor’s degree with substantial directly related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, coordination, and administration of the annual operating and capital budgets and multiyear plans.
  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and long‑range financial plans.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses for senior leadership and the Board of Trustees.
  • Supervise FP&A staff and mentor team members.
