Kayne Anderson Real Estate is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst in Boca Raton to support data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with multiple business units, analyze deal flow, and contribute to monthly and quarterly executive reporting using the firm’s BI platform.

The role requires SQL, Python, CRM experience, and a finance/CS background, with strong communication to translate complex data into strategic insights across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science or related field.
• CRM system experience required.
• SQL experience required.
• Python experience required.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment to influence data management and BI decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business units to capture data and ensure integrity.
• Analyze current deal flow using BI data.
• Plan and implement enterprise BI solutions to transform data into meaningful insights.
• Support the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting to executive leadership.
• Work with business customers to leverage BI information for business strategies.
• Ensure data integrity across systems of record and monitor issues.
• Assist with standards, guidelines, and change management across BI platforms.
• Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, models, and data-driven analyses.
• Assist with special projects from the global enterprise and corporate leadership.
