Unknown is seeking an experienced FP&A Associate/Senior Associate in New York, to build and enhance our FP&A function as we scale operations and growth initiatives.

You will partner with senior management, develop robust financial models, and drive data-driven decision making using advanced tools and AI-enabled insights. The role reports to the CFO and requires a strong corporate finance background.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience; real estate experience is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; connect results to business performance.
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience building and maintaining financial models.
• Experience with ERP, financial planning, budgeting, and BI/finance tools.
• Proficiency with AI tools and applications to improve financial analysis and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain monthly, annual, and multi-year financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for consolidated and location-level P&Ls.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Partner with business owners to understand performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Perform monthly financial statement and variance/flux analysis; identify key drivers for improvement.
• Prepare Actual vs. Plan reporting across P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Analyze revenue cycles, payor mix, rates, volumes, and other drivers.
