Job summary

SBA Network Services, LLC is seeking a Real Estate Data Analyst II to transform buyout and leasing data into actionable financial insights for executive audiences. This onsite role in Boca Raton, FL emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and delivering timely reporting alongside Power BI dashboards aligned to company goals.

You’ll lead analytics projects across Real Estate, build scalable BI solutions, and partner with finance and operations to improve decision-making and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, finance, data analytics, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or strategic business operations.
• Proven experience leading projects, training junior staff, and supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business intelligence.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to create advanced visualizations and work with enterprise BI platforms, including Power BI.
• Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced tools including Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CRM, Copilot AI, and PM DB.

Responsibilities

• Support analytical projects for Real Estate initiatives, including portfolio optimization, asset performance forecasting, and identifying investment opportunities.
• Convert large data sets into clear summaries, trends, and recommendations, and produce accurate weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Evaluate, design, and implement best-practice processes to strengthen organizational performance.
• Develop analytical frameworks and tools that support project development and decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Real Estate operations, legal and financial data across markets, systems, and processes.
• Build and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards in Power BI for executives and operations.
