Job summary

Trinnex, a visionary water-tech company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic partner, guiding financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while analyzing revenue, project margins, and KPI performance.

You will collaborate with Leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize contracts, recognition, and reporting, leveraging Oracle ERP, Power BI, and advanced Excel for insights

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or related financial roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions and improve performance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations that support strategic decisions and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting to support revenue recognition, contract review, client billing, and financial compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, financial analyses, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
