Job summary

Trinnex, based in Utah, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership, guiding financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning, analyze revenue and project margins, monitor performance, and prep executive dashboards and management presentations using Power BI and Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related finance roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to influence decisions and improve performance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; proficient with Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations for growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance including revenue, margins, and resource utilization.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, and billing.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel and other systems to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.
