Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, guiding financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the organization.

This role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning; analyzes performance including revenue, margins, and resource utilization; supports revenue recognition and client billing; and builds executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI and Oracle

Qualifications

• FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial role.
• Budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis.
• Revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations for growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, client billing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, analyses, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
