Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership, guide budgeting and forecasting, and drive data-driven decisions across the business. You will own financial planning, project accounting, performance reporting, and strategic analysis to enable growth and profitability.

The role requires strong FP&A and corporate finance experience, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Oracle ERP, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting or related financial role.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis experience.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance including revenue, profitability, and project margins.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting to support revenue recognition and financial controls.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle ERP, Excel and other enterprise systems for reporting and analysis.
