You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and project accounting, analyze performance metrics, support revenue recognition, and develop executive dashboards using Power BI and Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or project accounting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis experience.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, and project margins.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify risks and opportunities; provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, client billing, and compliance.
