Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be a strategic partner to leadership, guiding financial decisions for growth and profitability. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long-range plans while analyzing performance metrics across projects and resources.

You will collaborate with operations and project accounting, support revenue recognition, and develop executive dashboards using Power BI and Oracle ERP. Strong Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or related financial role.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, client billing, and financial compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, analyses, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other enterprise systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
