Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership on financial decisions that drive growth and operational excellence. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, while analyzing revenue, margins, and resource use to inform strategic actions.

You will develop dashboards and presentations using Power BI and Oracle ERP, translating data into actionable insights and driving financial controls and efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting or related finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficiency with Office suite.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and BI tools.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations to support strategic decisions and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long‑range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and resource utilization.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks/opportunities, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition and contract review.
• Develop executive dashboards and management presentations; drive efficiency.
