The position supports forecasting, investments, and ROI analysis, delivering actionable recommendations that accelerate business results in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance, business analytics, commercial finance, strategy, or related fields is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, translating business trends into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate commercial investments, programs, pricing initiatives, and business cases to support strategic decisions and maximize ROI.
• Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing investment decisions and execution of priorities.
• Lead monthly revenue close activities while maintaining strong financial controls and SOX compliance.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance scorecards to improve visibility of sales and business results.
• Invest in personal growth and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
