Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Electrophysiology Sci Affairs team in Irvine, CA. You will track financial performance, provide guidance to Scientific Affairs partners, and help optimize budgets and investments.

You will forecast, report, and analyze complex data, influence decisions, and support leadership with clear financial storytelling. Travel up to 10% may be required and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
Strong analytical skills (Excel) and excellent communication.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently in dynamic environment and lead process improvements.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
CPA/CMA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience with data visualization and planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Support processes related to financial forecasting and closing.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders with insightful analysis.
Analyze complex financial data to identify opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
