Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and decision support for the US DePuy Synthes business, with flexibility across New Brunswick NJ, Raynham MA, West Chester PA, or Palm Beach Gardens FL.

You will partner with BU Finance leadership, guide cross-functional teams, drive performance analyses, and support strategic investments to sustain growth in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
• MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A and financial management roles
• Strong leadership experience in a matrix environment and ability to influence executive decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead US financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across regions and markets.
• Provide strategic financial insight and decision support to executive leadership.
• Analyze performance, drivers, and risks; translate into clear recommendations.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews and executive reporting.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, and operations leaders on investments and resource allocation.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, tools, and reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and coach a team of finance professionals in a matrix, international environment.
