Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide financial support and analytics for the Specialty Surgery division. The role reports to the Specialty Surgery FP&A Manager and focuses on revenue, expense, budget, and forecasting analysis.

Primary duties include variance analysis, budgeting support, and monthly/quarterly reporting. Hybrid work arrangement is in Princeton, NJ with remote options, and collaboration with sales operations and corporate accounting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles including FP&A and/or Budgeting.
• Strong Excel skills and facility in financial modeling desired.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales to assist incentive compensation plans and models.
• Compute run rates and identify trends in the business.
• Support annual budget, long-term strategic plan and forecasts.
• Perform actual vs forecast variance analysis.
• Partner with department leads to manage spend within budget.
• Support reporting with process improvements and automation.
