Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our US Surgical Vision team. This role can be based in Irvine, CA or Jacksonville, FL and supports commercial execution, sales enablement, and marketing operations to optimize the surgical vision business.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Professional Education, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams to align execution with business priorities and deliver operational

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant business experience is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, marketing, sales support, operations, or other commercial roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams are required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and support projects in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Experience with CRM, reporting tools, or other commercial systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of local and regional meetings and communications across Marketing and Sales teams.
• Assist with asset coordination, reporting, and tracking of opportunities and milestones.
• Coordinate updates, reminders, and communication materials to reinforce strategic priorities and improve field engagement.
• Help ensure materials are reviewed for compliance with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Clinical affairs.
• Support training coordination and adoption of CRM and other enablement tools.
