Job summary

UiPath is seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. You’ll work on long-range financial modeling, investor relations analytics, and top-line performance forecasting for a public SaaS company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 2-4 years of relevant FP&A or related experience.
Strong financial modeling skills, especially SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/DBNRR) and M&A analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to build audit-ready models under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain long-term financial models projecting top-line metrics and ARR movements.
Build SaaS valuation and benchmarking frameworks for investor messaging.
Support M&A activities including target screening, due diligence, and synergy modeling.
Develop forecasting methodologies across top-line models for inorganic growth scenarios.
Analyze product and sales KPIs and translate metrics for equity analysts and investors.
Prepare board decks and earnings materials, ensuring consistency between models and disclosures.
