Job summary

Socure, a high-growth SaaS firm, seeks a Senior Manager to own top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning under the VP FP&A. You will build and refine models forecasting revenue, ARR, backlog, and CAC, while partnering with GTM and cross-functional leaders to drive performance.

You will deliver KPI reporting to the board, translate data into actionable plans, automate analyses in BI tools, and lead strategic initiatives including potential M&A diligence and capital raises.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting, FP&A or Corporate Finance at high-growth tech/VC-backed firms.
• At least 3 years in a people-management role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau; AI tools a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines with urgency.
• Extensive financial modeling experience with complex models and process improvements.
• High proficiency in ERP/planning systems, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain complex financial models for revenue, ARR, backlog, CAC, and LTV.
• Lead top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with FP&A.
• Monitor KPIs for the Board and executives, providing recommendations.
• Act as strategic advisor to GTM teams with data-driven insights.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements in FP&A, revenue ops, and analytics.
• Automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools for real-time reporting.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives including M&A diligence and capital raises.
