The Siegel Group seeks an FP&A Analyst to support the Siegel Suites and Siegel Select portfolio in Las Vegas, NV. You will partner with Housing Operations to translate results into actionable insights and drive performance.

Responsibilities include ownership reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for multi-property assets, emphasizing NOI, occupancy and operating metrics. You will develop executive summaries and dashboards to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to present executive-level reports and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Financial & portfolio analysis across Siegel Suites and Siegel Select properties.
• Prepare monthly financial and operating results for ownership and leadership.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for multi-property assets.
• Develop executive summaries, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Monitor NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and capital spending; identify drivers.
