The Siegel Group seeks a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join its accounting team in Las Vegas. The role supports month-end close, reconciliations, cash management, and financial reporting for a multi-entity real estate and hospitality portfolio.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, with 2+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent problem solving and communication abilities. Real estate or multi-location experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data management, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and other month-end adjustments.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities.
• Reconcile daily cash activity, credit card transactions, and related cash controls.
• Support tax preparation, financial reporting, and process improvements.
