Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to support the financial and operating performance of the Siegel Suites and Siegel Select portfolio. This role partners with Housing Operations, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Reporting to the President of Housing Operations, you will prepare monthly financials, identify trends, and develop executive summaries for ownership, with dashboards and dashboards enhancements driving timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial statements and operating results across the portfolio.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and reporting for ownership.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decisions.
• Monitor rolling forecasts and analyze variances against budgets.
• Analyze revenue, occupancy, NOI, and operating expenses across properties.
