Responsibilities

• Champion the use of emerging technologies to innovate analytical processes, forecasting accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
• Partner with property leadership and Corporate Finance to drive annual planning and budgeting.
• Deliver data-driven insights on cash flow, cost management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics to turn complex data into actionable property plans.
• Develop and present ad-hoc reports and analyses to senior Planning & Analysis leadership.
