Job summary

Rio Las Vegas seeks a Director of FP&A and Corporate Development to evaluate investment opportunities, drive financial planning, and support strategic initiatives across the property. You will partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to model investments, perform due diligence, and deliver timely reporting to debt holders, shareholders, and boards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in gaming, hospitality and/or real estate underwriting, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.
• Strong understanding of hotel and casino resort economics, valuation, returns, leverage, and capital structures.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, managing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and model gaming, hospitality, and real estate investments.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, physical, legal, and operational workstreams.
• Support post-acquisition business plans, including financing and capex budgets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial reporting updates for stakeholders.
• Project manage development opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, strategic, and proprietary information.
