Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting or a related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling and performance analysis skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient with Office.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools and Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and key business metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support revenue recognition, contract review, client billing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and analyses.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems for reporting and decision-making.
