Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the Solutions & Services FP&A team. You will provide financial planning, analysis, and executive reporting to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

You will own practice-level P&Ls, standardize data from multiple systems, and translate results into forward-looking insights for senior leadership, while partnering with the services FP&A group on key metrics and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of Finance/Accounting experience with 3+ years of progressive leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting technology/services P&Ls with project-based revenue recognition.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Thought leader for FP&A, driving ad hoc accounting and finance projects.
• Manage FP&A team; provide leadership and development opportunities.
• Own practice-level P&Ls and reconciliation of delivery data to financials.
• Translate results into forward-looking insights for senior leadership.
