Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting technology/services-centric P&Ls with expertise in project-based revenue recognition, cost management, and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team and drive ad hoc accounting and finance projects.
• Own practice-level P&Ls and reconcile delivery data to financials; standardize metrics across sources.
• Translate financial results into forward-looking insights for senior leadership; partner with Services FP&A to build operating metrics.
• Provide month-end processing and related operational support as needed.
