Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the Solutions & Services FP&A team, oversee the financial plan and forecasts, and provide leadership to partners and senior management.

This role drives performance reporting, supports business partners, and translates results into forward-looking insights for C-suite while guiding budgeting, KPI analyses, and month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of Finance/Accounting experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience supporting technology/services P&Ls and KPI analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project-based revenue recognition and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Thought leader for FP&A team and business segments, driving ad hoc projects.
• Manage FP&A team; provide leadership, guidance and development.
• Ensure planning and budgeting practices and analytical toolkit advancement.
• Own practice-level P&Ls and reconcile data from systems to financials.
• Partner with Services FP&A to build and maintain operating metrics.
• Translate results into forward-looking insights for senior leadership.
• Provide business operations support including month-end processing.
