Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded FP&A Analyst to support the financial and operating performance of the Siegel Suites and Siegel Select portfolio. Reporting directly to the President of Housing Operations, you will partner with Finance, Accounting, and ownership to deliver monthly financial results with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

FP&A experience in financial analysis, accounting, operational finance, real estate finance or similar analytical role.
Experience supporting multifamily housing, residential real estate, extended-stay lodging or hospitality is strongly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing, reconciling, organizing and modeling large data sets.
Ability to communicate financial results clearly to operational leaders, executives and ownership.

Responsibilities

Review monthly financial statements and operating results across the portfolio.
Analyze performance against budget, forecast, prior year and trends.
Identify variances and investigate underlying drivers of revenue, NOI, occupancy and expenses.
Develop dashboards, reporting and executive summaries for ownership.
Prepare periodic performance reporting for senior leaders and ownership.
