You will build and maintain multi-year plans, develop robust financial models, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and robust financial modeling experience.
• Experience with ERP/BI platforms and finance tech.
• Interest in leveraging AI and data for financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain multi-year financial plans and budgets.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning.
• Partner with owners/management to understand performance and trends.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reporting packages and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate across Finance, Asset Management, and Operations.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects.
