Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and BI for our operating real estate portfolio. The role involves gathering, validating, and analyzing property data to enable informed decisions across the organization.

The entry-level position works under the Senior FP&A Analyst and Property FP&A Manager, developing analytical skills, maintaining recurring reporting, and contributing to annual budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of FP&A/real estate analytics experience or internship.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience organizing and working with large data sets and building schedules/reports.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or BI processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate analyses and schedules for recurring deliverables for the Property FP&A team.
• Follow established processes, templates, and documentation standards and flag issues.
• Take direction from senior team members and progressively own recurring tasks.
• Meet deadlines within recurring reporting, forecasting, and planning calendars.
• Support development of long-range planning models addressing performance and investments.
