You will partner with the Financial Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to drive budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes building financial models, dashboards, and clear presentations that translate complex numbers into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate FP&A or financial analyst role requiring collaboration across internal teams.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to build and refine financial models and conduct scenario analyses.
• Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and variance analysis.
• Able to communicate financial findings and forecasts to managers.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze pricing strategies and operational changes for ROI and performance.
• Document assumptions and methodologies used in financial models.
• Identify improvement opportunities and address challenges independently.
• Prepare clear financial presentations and dashboards for management.
• Track revenue growth, margins, cost drivers and ROI to assess business health.
• Support KPI dashboards and scorecards with regular updates.
