Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, reporting, and business performance initiatives across a growing organization. You will partner with operational and leadership teams to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and business insights that drive informed decision‑making and improved financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance function.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses and recommendations to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain operational, financial, and management reporting.
• Analyze revenue, volume, profitability, and business performance trends.
• Perform monthly P&L variance analysis and communicate key drivers.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Track and report KPIs to leadership.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-level financial reporting.
• Partner with operations and department leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Support project-related financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Maintain data integrity within financial systems and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Support other FP&A and finance projects as needed.
