Proven Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in the San Diego area to partner with senior leadership and drive financial performance during a growth phase. This high-visibility role combines forecasting, budgeting, and complex modeling with hands-on involvement in strategic decisions.

You will lead long-range planning, monitor working capital, and deliver insights that influence business outcomes across finance and operations. Hybrid work flexibility is offered after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or business finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and analyzing working capital in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling across the organization.
• Partner with executive and department leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
• Analyze monthly results, identify trends and variances, and develop executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Monitor working capital metrics, improve cash flow, and support finance/operations process improvements.
