Job summary

Array, a remote-first fintech, seeks an FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across a high-growth SaaS business. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, and exec leadership to support rapid growth, acquisitions, and operational complexity.

You will build financial models, lead monthly close analysis, and deliver board-ready reporting while exploring AI-enabled efficiencies. This role reports to the CFO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A experience in finance, corporate, or investment banking
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations for finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in fast-moving, high-accountability environments with executive visibility
• Advanced proficiency with large datasets and reporting systems or BI tools
• Belief that AI accelerates work and should be used as a default

Responsibilities

• Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting across multiple lines of business.
• Partner with Accounting and leadership to deliver monthly close analysis, board-ready reporting, and actionable insights.
• Support M&A due diligence, integration modeling, synergy tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Build KPI dashboards and analytics to improve visibility on revenue, margins, and operating profit.
• Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
