Fingerprint is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial and strategic operations as the company scales quickly. You will own the three-statement model, lead the annual budget process, and partner with leaders to deliver insights and reporting for strategic decision-making.

The role focuses on SaaS metrics, AR/CRM analytics, and board-ready analyses, with remote work across the United States. Strong modeling, startup experience, and proficiency with SQL and BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience with strong modeling and forecasting.
• Experience at a startup or high-growth company (100–1,000 employees preferred).
• Direct experience with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue mechanics (ARR bridges, retention, cohorts).
• Enjoys problem solving with business partners.
• Detail-oriented with accountability to quality and deadlines.
• Passion for efficiency via process, systems and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the consolidated corporate model in Abacum — three-statement P&L, cash, headcount planning, non-personnel spend, SaaS metrics.
• Run annual budget cycle and distribute monthly budget review decks with Abacum.
• Partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders as strategic counterparts, providing insights and reporting.
• Build board reporting packages.
• Own the SaaS metrics layer end to end — ARR bridge, retention, cohorts, CAC payback, etc.
• Head procurement with Tropic partner and manage large vendor contracts.
• Handle Revenue commissions process from plan to payment.
• Provide strategic analysis on pricing, segment profitability, etc.
