Job summary

Qualia is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A in San Francisco to own planning, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. You will partner with VP and C-level leaders to drive growth, build scalable financial models, and deliver insights that shape executive decisions.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule, you will lead multi-year planning, board reporting, and cross-functional initiatives, including AI-enabled automation to enhance speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own Qualia's planning and forecasting infrastructure, including the operating model and long-range plan
• Lead monthly/quarterly management reporting and prepare Board materials and investor-facing packages
• Serve as senior financial partner to VP and C-level leaders across key functions
• Lead high-impact ad hoc analyses, including M&A support, fundraising prep, and scenario planning
• Architect scalable FP&A processes and automation, leveraging AI to drive efficiency and insights
• Set best practices for financial modeling, data quality, and communication across FP&A
