Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A in a hybrid role with two days in-office. You will partner with senior leaders to craft budgets, forecast performance, and provide executive-ready analyses that influence strategic decisions across a global portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with AI-enabled forecasting. The role offers a competitive base salary with annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, including corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L understanding.
• Proven ability to present complex data to senior audiences and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate leaders to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with targets.
• Perform variance analyses and translate results into actionable insights.
• Contribute to executive-level financial reporting to CFO and senior leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve forecasting and reporting efficiency.
• Support cross-functional functions with financial planning across a global portfolio.
• Build ad hoc financial models to support strategic priorities under tight timelines.
