Booking Holdings in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Senior Analyst, Investor Relations and FP&A to support enterprise planning, earnings, investor relations, and capital structure. You will develop financial models, translate performance into executive materials, and partner across finance functions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role offers a hybrid work model (two days in-office) and opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve recurring analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience including FP&A or investor relations.
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and P&L dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with OneStream, HFM/Hyperion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain top-down enterprise planning model and quarterly earnings model.
• Prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, and IR site content.
• Support capital structure analysis, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting.
• Provide investor and competitive intelligence to inform leadership.
• Collaborate across FP&A, IR, Accounting, Treasury and Legal with AI/automation initiatives.
