Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership. You will partner with corporate leaders to build budgets and forecasts, perform detailed variance analyses, and deliver executive-level reporting.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency, while collaborating across global functions in a high-visibility FP&A team reporting to the CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, including corporate FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or equivalent.
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and corporate P&L dynamics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to senior audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with OneStream, HFM/Hyperion, or similar EPM platforms preferred; familiarity with AI and automation tools a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP+ corporate leaders to develop, maintain, and challenge annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide financial targets and strategic priorities.
• Conduct rigorous variance analyses of actuals versus forecast, budget, and prior year, translating findings into clear, forward-looking insights that enable leaders to act with confidence.
• Contributes to executive-level financial reporting to the CFO and senior leadership, synthesizing complex data into concise, decision-ready materials.
• Leverages AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to continuously improve forecasting accuracy, streamline recurring reporting, and surface insights with greater speed and precision.
• Supports assigned corporate functions and shared services businesses with financial planning and analysis, operating as a collaborative business partner across a globally scoped portfolio.
• Performs ad hoc financial modeling and strategic analysis in support of senior leadership priorities, operating with a high degree of independence and sound judgment under tight timelines.
