Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Analyst in IR & FP&A to support enterprise planning, earnings, investor relations, and capital structure activities. You will build and maintain financial models, translate performance into clear materials for executives and investors, and drive automation to improve recurring analyses.

The role emphasizes partnering across functions, delivering high-quality work under tight timelines, and embracing AI and automation as part of day-to-day analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience including FP&A and investor relations.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools a plus.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to senior audiences.
• Independent worker with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the top-down enterprise planning model and quarterly earnings model.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials and investor presentations.
• Analyze brand performance and contribute to forecasts and variance discussions.
• Produce investor and competitive intelligence to inform senior leadership discussions.
• Support capital structure analyses, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting.
• Collaborate across FP&A, IR, Accounting, Treasury, and Legal; leverage AI to improve reporting.
