Partnering with the Best As a Finance Advisor - FP&A Operations, you will support business performance through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. You will partner with functional leaders to provide financial guidance, evaluate business performance, and drive initiatives that improve profitability and cash generation across the organization.

Fueling Your Passion As a Finance Advisor - FP&A Operations, you will leverage your financial expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to support strategic and operational objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide actionable insights, manage financial planning cycles, and lead projects that enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing the business cycle, including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts across various levels of the organization.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across business & product line, Research & Development (R&D), Engineering, Supply Chain, Commissioning, and other business functions.
• Analyzing business performance and recommending action plans to improve profitability, cash generation, and operational effectiveness.
• Identifying performance gaps and supporting the development of corrective action plans where necessary.
• Providing financial advice and guidance to functional management and business leaders regarding approaches, projects, programs, and operational improvements.
• Partnering with business functions to evaluate opportunities, risks, and performance drivers that impact organizational goals.
• Communicating with business stakeholders regarding financial approaches, methodologies, and solutions for complex business challenges.
• Leading the design and implementation of finance-related projects and initiatives.
• Managing projects that may span one to two years and contribute to long-term business outcomes.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial planning, reporting, and business performance processes.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operations.
• Demonstrate strong financial analysis and business planning capabilities.
• Possess the ability to evaluate business performance and develop actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
