Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor II, FP&A in Houston to turn financial data into clear insights for business and operations leaders. You will partner with commercial, operations and finance teams to build business cases, analyze performance and support planning across our portfolio.

The role offers growth in financial planning and analysis within the energy sector, with opportunities to work cross-functionally and impact decision-making.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in economic, financial, or statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis and reporting tools such as SAP, FR&P, and Excel.

Mansioni

• Provide economic, financial, and statistical analysis to support business strategies and day-to-day decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business cases evaluating projects and asset performance.
• Prepare and coordinate reports linking operational results, economic insights, and performance metrics for leaders.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and to test assumptions in business cases.
• Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
• Analyze budget vs actuals, monitor costs, and highlight issues with recommended options.
• Advise stakeholders on applying financial processes and interpreting results.
• Help improve data management and reporting quality across financial and operational reporting.
• Continuously learn and stay current with technologies and industry trends.
