Job summary

Phillips 66 in Houston is seeking a Supervisor III, Finance Analytics and Solutions. You will lead a team that turns complex data into trusted insights that support better decisions across our diversified energy manufacturing and logistics footprint.

You will oversee Anaplan modeling, BI, data warehousing and reporting, and guide data architecture while coaching team members to build capability and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, analytics, data science, BI, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in data collection, transformation, reporting and analysis, as well as business data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and sustainment of Anaplan for the Midstream business; build and maintain Anaplan models, BI, data warehousing, data integration, analytics, and reporting.
• Assess information needs and collect business requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis; translate them into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee data collection mechanisms and their fit within the broader data architecture; partner to support data quality, accuracy, security, privacy, and lifecycle management.
• Recommend improvements to data and analytics platforms, standards, and operating practices; implement innovations that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee team activities; use metrics to monitor progress and address bottlenecks or process breakdowns.
• Communicate action plans and progress clearly, provide technical guidance, and coach team members and business partners.
