Zusammenfassung

Phillips 66 Lubricants is strengthening its Pricing capability to support more disciplined, data-informed commercial decisions across the Finished Lubricants business. We are seeking a commercially minded, analytically strong Strategic Pricing Analyst to connect pricing strategy, customer value, margin performance, and execution.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Product Management to guide negotiations, build pricing models, and improve decision speed across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in pricing or analytics.
• Experience with pricing strategy, modeling, and business impact.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.

Aufgaben

• Drive pricing strategy and execution for Finished Lubricants products.
• Build and maintain pricing models, guardrails, and floor/walkaway rules.
• Analyze price realization, margin leakage, and channel/geo pricing.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product Management to guide negotiations.
• Create clear business recommendations and present to leadership.
