Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, business planning, finance, business performance, commercial analysis, strategy, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to Operations, Development, Commercial, and Functional leaders.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Translate performance into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, competitiveness, and value creation.
• Utilize benchmarking and performance analysis to identify gaps and accelerate value capture.
• Support executive performance reviews, business planning processes, and strategic evaluations.
• Challenge forecasts and plans with fact-based analysis and sound judgment.
• Champion continuous improvement through simplification and modernization of Finance processes.
• Leverage digital capabilities, analytics, automation, and AI to improve productivity and decision quality.
• Support transformation initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and accelerate results.
• Collaborate across functions to influence outcomes and deliver business value.
