Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and seven years of progressive financial management experience.
Experience budgeting, financial reporting and non-profit accounting compliance (501(c)(3)).
Three years of management or supervisory experience of professional staff.

Responsibilities

Oversees all financial functions of the MATC Foundation, including budgeting, accounts payable, and donor reporting.
Maintains and monitors financial records and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Leads strategic financial planning, forecasting and performance evaluation for sustainability and growth.
Manages relationships with the MATC Business Office, auditor and external partners to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborates on fundraising analysis and donor-funded initiatives, scholarships and program support.
