Job summary

University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation seeks a Senior Director of Foundation Financial Operations to provide strategic leadership over all finance areas including investment planning, gift processing, budgeting, and reporting. You will manage a large portfolio of funds, coordinate audits and IRS returns, and partner with campus finance to ensure donor intent is met with strong internal controls.

Qualifications

Experience leading not-for-profit finance operations and teams.
Strong understanding of not-for-profit accounting standards (FASB, IRS rules) and CASE standards.
Ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial transactions and processes for 1,600+基金 funds and related budgets.
Lead annual audit coordination and IRS returns with external CPA firms.
Direct budgeting, forecasting, and investment management to support donor intent and sustainability.
Manage gift processing, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure compliance with donor restrictions.
Provide financial data and insights to Foundation Board committees and campus partners.
